I'm a new member excited to fully transition into the Salesforce ecosystem, aiming specifically for the Salesforce Certified Administrator (Admin) credential.

My Background is a Strong Blend of IT & Business Operations:

• Degree: Bachelor's in Information and Communications Technology (IT/ICT).
• Experience: 2 years working as a Sales Administrator and Customer Service Specialist within the Real Estate sector.

In my current role, I gained hands-on experience in:

• Managing lead pipelines and opportunity stages.
• Handling customer inquiries and post-sales support (essential for the Service Cloud logic).
• Administering property listings, contracts, and sales reporting (which translates directly to object and data management).

My Goal: To learn the Admin role efficiently and pass the certification.

I would be grateful for any advice from experienced Admins on the following:

1. Prioritization: Given my background in IT and my knowledge of the Real Estate Sales/Service cycle, which specific Admin modules or concepts (e.g., Objects, Flows, Security) should I prioritize for faster mastery?
2. Project Ideas: What are the most practical, real-world projects I can build in my Developer Org to showcase my ability to configure a Salesforce Org for a small Real Estate company?
3. Certification Strategy: Any tips or recommended materials for bridging the gap between basic Trailhead knowledge and the level required to successfully pass the Admin exam?
