As a System Admin, I am unable to login into our UAT and Config Sandboxes because of the recent security updates. As we prepared for the updates, we focused on the Production environment and didn't realize that the Sandboxes will be updated also.

Can you share what error are you getting while logging in? In my experience salesforce allow to login if the mfa is not set up.
