how can i add payment page fields into a custom report?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to pull direct and influenced donations in a campaign hierarchy. I built the report for

all time, but i also need to narrow the report down to a specific timeframe (Q1, Q2, etc). The report type i made for all time is called "Campaigns with Influenced Donations (Customizable Campaign Influence)". I need to copy the report i made to include payment page fields but i don't see this available and I don't know if i have the ability to make this myself.

Can you use Campaign Influence Models in the Non-Profit Success Pack? The "Model Settings" menu option is completely missing in the Campaign Influence area of setup.

yes, I've enabled Campaign Influences but cannot define a Campaign Influence Model. This is required for full functionality and the Model Settings menu item is where you do that. I have full admin rights.
