Hi all,
I have an Automation Event-Triggered Flow in Marketing Cloud Next that starts on Email Link Click (selected email, Any Link, re-entry set to Always). Some clicks do start a flow interview, but others don’t.
What I see
- Every click appears as a CLICK record in Data Explorer (Email Engagement DMO), with the Individual and source populated.
- When I click one link at a time, spaced a few minutes apart, every click starts a flow run (4 of 4 in my test).
- When one contact clicks several different links in the same minute, only some of those clicks start a run. For example, 3 clicks gave 2 runs, and 2 clicks gave 1 run.
- I waited well past the usual 2-15 minute delay.
What I’ve ruled out
- Re-entry is already Always.
- The correct email is selected, and the link-click records show the correct resolved URLs.
- The contacts are the same ones that do trigger on other clicks.

Hi @François Perret,
Thanks for the suggestion. I disabled Einstein Metrics Guard and repeated the tests, but the issue is still occurring.
