Having hands on experience on Trailhead for 5 years & real hand time project experience on salesforce Admin do i really required certification?? to apply jobs

I have nearly 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. I have been using Trailhead for the past 5 years to learn Salesforce and have achieved the Expeditioner rank. I am also an Agentblazer Champion 2026.  

Although I have not yet appeared for the Salesforce Administrator Certification exam, I am planning to take it soon.

Currently, I am looking for opportunities in Salesforce QA, Salesforce Administrator, or related Salesforce roles. I have been applying for Salesforce QA and Admin positions, but unfortunately, I am not receiving interview calls.

I would appreciate any suggestions on what I can do next to improve my profile, increase my chances of getting shortlisted, and advance my career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
