We can’t verify that the 2:30 PM Experience Session booking for Miko Mitsumi’s family has been canceled.

i got to the end and it said, We can’t verify that the 2:30 PM Experience Session booking for Miko Mitsumi’s family has been canceled.

    If you receive the error “We can’t verify that the 2:30 PM Experience Session booking for Miko Mitsumi’s family has been canceled,” it usually means the booking wasn’t canceled exactly as expected by the challenge.

     

    Steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Open the App Launcher and go to the Coral Cloud Resorts app.
    2. Navigate to the Experience Bookings or Reservations tab.
    3. In the list view, search for the booking related to Miko Mitsumi.
    4. Open the booking with the 2:30 PM Experience Session.
    5. Click Edit (or use the Cancel Booking option if available).
    6. Change the Status field to Canceled.
    7. Click Save.

    Additional checks:

    • Ensure the booking time is exactly 2:30 PM.
    • Confirm the guest name is Miko Mitsumi.
    • If multiple bookings exist, cancel the correct 2:30 PM session.
    • Refresh the page and click Check Challenge again.
