I'm trying to create a thick border around the northwest counties of Illinois (Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, and Whiteside) to show that's our coverage area. I know polylines can be manipulated to have a thicker border, so I dissolved the counties together in ArcPro and used the Polygon to Polyline tool to create a polyline shapefile. But it doesn't have any geographic coordinates associated with the lines, so Tableau won't use it. Can anyone provide assistance how to make this work?

Thank you. I was trying to add it to the original data source, and it wasn't connecting properly. I didn't realize you could add unrelated data sources this way. Got a lot to learn.
