Hi Guys,
I have installed a custom font in by local system where I develop on Tableau Desktop. This font is used across my organization and is a standard to follow.
I have installed the font on the server machine as well. While developing in Tableau Desktop, I can see the font and select it. But once I publish on server, some other font appears.
This font is used majorly for text boxes and chart titles.
I tried to disable client rendering as in the below link. But that doesn't resolve the issue.

I am using Chrome and Edge to view the dashboard.

I had almost the same problem a few weeks ago.
In my case the problem was solved after I installed the font for all users on the machine where Tableau-Server was installed. If you click on the font (in your windows font overview) you can see the path where the font is installed. As you can see in my screenshot, the path starts with "C:\WINDOWS\FONTS…."
After my first installation the path was something like „C:\USER……“ and it did not work in this case. I had to deinstall the font and reinstall it while clicking the install option „install for every user“.
