I am currently working through the Trailhead module Build with Agentforce Builder(https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/quick-start-assemble-a-service-agent-with-agentforce-builder/build-with-agentforce-builder?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-champion-2026), but I have run into a roadblock that is preventing me from completing the challenge.
When I reach the initial setup screen ("What do you want your agent to do?"), I enter the required instructions and press Enter (or click the send button). However, the interface gets stuck loading, the page does not change, and it fails to open the agent configuration or naming screen.
To troubleshoot, I tried the following steps:
Tested it in a completely brand-new Trailhead Playground.
Attempted the process in a separate, secondary organization.
Unfortunately, the issue persists across different environments. In my current playground, I can see that Agentforce is already provisioned with pre-existing sample agents (such as default, coral cloud agent, and coral cloud experienceAgent), but the custom prompt creation step continues to hang.
Has anyone encountered this UI block, or is there an alternative workaround to successfully create or configure the agent for this specific challenge?

Hi ,
Please open the browser Developer Tools by pressing F12, go to the Console tab, and paste the first red error message that appears.
