For Turn On Your New Lead Nurturing Agent

Question

When i am launching playgroung.. under Agentforce for Sales page, i am not seeing and Agent Template, toggle on Lead Nurturing

.

Can someone please help or guide. I don't have option to create or connect new org

I have the same problem. I enabled the Engagement Agent Template instead. It should be the same as Lead Nurturing.   I also opened a ticket to Salesforce Support regarding this.

I’ve seen this happen with Trailhead Playground challenges when the required Agentforce features or setup aren’t provisioned in the Playground. If the  Lead Nurturing  toggle and Agent Template are missing under Agentforce for Sales, I’d first make sure you’re using the  Playground/org created specifically for the challenge  and that you’ve completed all prerequisite steps/modules before launching the setup. Also try refreshing the Playground and checking  Setup → Agentforce  again. If the option is still missing, it may be a provisioning issue with that Playground rather than something you’re doing incorrectly. Since you mentioned you don’t have the option to create or connect another org, I’d recommend checking the challenge’s prerequisites and the Playground status first. If everything is completed but the feature is still unavailable, posting the exact challenge name and a screenshot of the Agentforce for Sales page would help identify whether the issue is a missing permission, feature, or Playground limitation.
