I cannot create a simple case from help page. I just want to reschedule my exam in an exception scenario and agentforce is going in loops and is very frustrating. Why cannot I create a simple case?

Hi, follow below steps. Here step 2 is important.
- Visit help.salesforce.com
- Login with Salesforce
- Ask bot to log a case for you
- The bot will ask you subject, description and other question
- It'll log a case for you
How to Reschedule Your ExamFollow these steps to reschedule your Salesforce certification exam.
- Sign in to your Trailblazer profile on Trailhead Academy.
- In the Upcoming section of the homepage, find the exam you want to reschedule.
- Select the exam to open the appointment confirmation page.
- On the appointment confirmation page, select the Modify Registration button.
- Pearson VUE opens. Choose the option to reschedule or cancel your exam.
- Follow the prompts. Confirm your time zone and change the exam date and time in the Pearson system.
- After rescheduling, you will receive an email confirmation at the address linked to your Trailblazer profile.
