Hello everyone,
I’m getting the following error while trying to complete the Define Dependencies and Fulfillment Scenarios challenge in the Complex Order Decomposition and Orchestration with Agentforce Revenue Management module:
“In the Laptop Pro Master Orchestration fulfillment workspace, we can’t find the ‘PickPck_ShpOdr’ fulfillment step dependency definition.”
I have already tried:
- Renaming the fulfillment step dependency
- Recreating the dependency
- Using a new org
But the issue is still persisting.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

@Abhilasha Khalkho this usually happens when the dependency is created in the wrong direction. For PickPck_ShpOdr, Trailhead expects Create Shipping Order to depend on Pick and Pack. In the Inventory Management lane, click Select depends on this step on Pick and Pack, then click + on Create Shipping Order, and name it exactly PickPck_ShpOdr. Also make sure you are in Laptop Pro Master Orchestration and save the dependency. Trailhead is strict about the exact name and direction.
