I am unable to clone one of the dashboards in the Dev Sandbox, but we are able to clone the remaining dashboards. Can anyone suggest a solution for this.

The component used in that dashboard can be cloned, but the dashboard itself cannot. Also, a recent refresh has taken place

    Hi @Amrita Sinha

    , Can you please follow the below steps and try it. 

     

    1. Retrieve the dashboard metadata in VS Code
    2. Copy the .dashboard file and rename it
    3. Update the <label> and <fullName> inside the XML
    4. Change the <folder> field in the XML to the target folder’s API name
    5. Deploy the file to the sandbox
