i am trying to create a prompt template for an engegement email in salesforce  

when i select the GpT-4 Turbo model,i receive an error  

if i change the model from GpT-4 Trubo to Gpt 4, the model gets activated sucessfully,but many configuration option/fileds are not visible in prompt template screen.
