Hi Team,
when i try to do the final booking, the Agent is answering:
"I apologize for the confusion. Let me proceed with booking the session for you.
I'll create the booking for the Underground Cave Exploration on December 24, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for 2 guests. Please hold on a moment while I complete the booking."
or the agent is writing:
"It looks like I can't create the booking directly. However, I can guide you through the process."
Any ideas where i did a mistake within the process?
