Hi, I am struck in gmail integration with salesforce. When i send mail to the customer in activities from my salesforce account. Mail is sending.( It is not shown in Activities). Also, if customer replies to that mail. It is not showing in Activities. Please guide me with this or If anyone have clear document for email integration, event integration, calender, Outlook etc..
