Einstein Activity Capture to enable on the user page beforehand ?

Hi Trailblazers,

 

I was wondering regarding Einstein Activity Capture. 

Do we have to enable it user per user on the user page beforehand the process of manual activation from the user himself ? (I saw an "EAC enabled" checkbox on the user page). 

I didn't find content on this and it is not very clear to me...

    Thank you so much for your response ! I already saw this article. It sayq that after Einstein Activity Capture setup flow, the feature is turned on. However, you can enable and disable the feature as needed.

    But we have turned this on from the Set up and users still have the EAC non enabled on their user page. Does it mean that they have to enable it on their end for this check box to be ticked as "enabled" ???
