Hi, I have an issue with installing app. After picking to install the app to my trailhead playground, the Country field is missing in the details but the Country field has already been filled in my profile. Appreciate for helping to resolve this.

In this case, the "Country" field is mandatory.
To start, try executing this in an incognito browser window, or clear the cache - CTRL+SHIFT+R.
If this does not help, try performing this task in a new Playground.
