    Hi developer cai,

You can adhere to these general procedures to build a Salesforce task using the Salesforce API:

Step-1 : Obtain an access token and verify your identity:

Step-2: To get an access token, use the Salesforce OAuth 2.0 authentication procedure. Your API calls will be authenticated using this token.

    Make the API Endpoint ready:

Step-3: Depending on the Salesforce instance you are using, choose the API endpoint URL. Your Salesforce organization-specific endpoint will be used.

    Making the task object

Step-4: For the task you wish to create, build the JSON payload. Include all required fields, including Subject, Due Date, Assigned To, and so forth. Make that the JSON is prepared in accordance with the API documentation provided by Salesforce.

Send a POST request over HTTP:

Step-5  Make an HTTP POST request to the Salesforce API endpoint using your chosen programming language or tool.

Step-6 : Put the right headers in place, including the "Authorization" header, then use the access token you got in above step to access the page.

Step-7 : As the request body, add the JSON payload from above step .

Step-8:  Respond to the API Request:

Step-10 : Take note of the API response and look for any issues or success or failure-related status codes.

You have successfully created the task in Salesforce if the response shows success

    Thanks
