Automate a process for sending a "Thank You" email to members __ days after a lead status = "pending sale quoted " has occurred.
- The email is not sent immediately after the status change is saved.
- This email would be sent X days after the lead status change has occurred.
- follow up the email if there has been no activity since 1st email was sent
