invalid date: Thu Jun 02 00:00:00 GMT 197 Dataloader date format yyyy/mm/dd

Hi ,

 I am uploading the Date field for custom object using data loader but i need to upload in the for mat of yyyy/mm/dd but it is howing

invalid date: Thu Jun 02 00:00:00 GMT 197 error 

plz help me on this

      Thanks for u r  Help but i need to inset date in the format of yyyy/mm/dd
