Hi all,

I recently started a new job and we use Salesforce Lightning version. I'm in a customer service role and need to be able to quickly find specific cases, users, accounts, and other information. I'm having a difficult time learning the navigation because there's so much to go through. I use JAWS and consider myself a seasoned user, but I find JAWS getting stuck in panels, jumping over pieces of information, and it takes a long time to find the stuff I need. Many large tools like this have a commands list (Ctrl + / for example) and or accessibility mode features. I can't find a list of commands anywhere, and I know that the classic Salesforce version had an accessibility mode but Lightning does not. Navigating with standard JAWS keychords/nav keys is tedious, frustrating, and takes forever. Any help is appreciated!

Emily, I was wondering if you found a quicker solution to navigating cases? I read your post and I could not believe that it sounded like it was coming from myself. I tried to reach out to you and send you a private message but it did not go through. Would love to connect!
