On the Lead object, we have a related list called Products. We are going to put in a Flow or something that will grab the related records and put them into a field on the Lead object. That will make Product data available for display in global search.
Here's the question. If a Lead has more than one Product, in the global search results is there a way for us to display the first product followed by three dots, like 'Product A...' This would indicate to the user that there are multiple products associated with this Lead, but we wouldn't be using up so much real estate on the global search layout.

Here is what you can do
I am assuming your field for holding the products is 'Related_Products__c'
Creae a new field call it Products, formula (text),HYPERLINK("https://salesforce.com", LEFT(Related_Products__c,20) & '...', "_self")
Now go to Search layout on Lead object and see profile and layout assignment and adjust the field to be displayed 'Products'.
