I was taking Salesforce Admin Certification Exam on 19th sept 2023, and suddenly my exam got stopped and they said to speak with the trailhead to rescheduled the exam. Please help me out with this cause this exam is very very important for my carrier and provide me with another voucher. Also i raised a ticket still i have not received any response. I'm attaching the snip for proof.
Please provide me with a voucher so that i can re-take my exam.

i spoke with them they said to speak with trailhead support team and get another voucher.
