• Creation of custom object with a lookup to the opportunity
• For files connect files to sharepoint and control security from there
• Consider emails and how they connect to the contact - would not recommend using Einstein Activity Capture but to manually relate emails/tasks to the confidential data object
• Consider restriction rules to limit access to certain contacts

How do I ensure that Marketing Cloud sends emails to the correct email address for an organisation?

• In NPSP ensure you use the preferred email field
• Use the Marketing Cloud Audience builder to select the correct affiliations and contacts

Dreamforce & AI - what comes for free?

• It looks like the nonprofit email creation will be free in Unlimited Edition - however more detail is required from Salesforce on what will be included
