Hi,
we don't have ERD, and we want to test before update our ORG to ERD.
Of course we can create a new sandbox and spend one (or more) days doing the update process in the sandbox..
But we don't want to test the updating process at this moment, we want to see ERD working..
Is there any playground or org we can see & test ERD already configured and working?

Sure. You can start a 30 day trial here https://www.salesforce.com/form/sfdo/signup/nonprofit/npsp-free-trial/ It should have ERD already enabled when it starts so you can play with it.
