In between the exam due to technical issue, My exam got suspended as the kryterion investigator message me to exit from exam and again launch the exam when I did the same the launch option is not showing .I have generated case #00950796 . kindly help me Please

Thanks for your question and I think its only Salesforce support team which can help you here. I will suggest you to wait for their reply and they will be able to resolve your issue.
