Hi, I have been setting up new NPSP orgs for years now, and today is the first time I have come across this; the NPSP Profiles ('Fundraising & Development') are missing? It's just the OOTB Salesforce ones. This instance was setup by a client with an existing SF contract who needed a new org for another arm of the business.
I saw something from 2017 that suggested this happens when the org hasn't started as 'trial' org. How else does a client set up an NPSP instance if they haven't gone through the form > trial set up process?
Can someone clarify what's going on for me? I have found the last few new NPSP instances I have set up for clients have acted quite differently than expected...

@James BrowneJames I appreciate you are the messenger and truly appreciate your help. I just used security zen and there are over 1100 differences out of 1400 profile settings when comparing fundraising and dev pre summer 22 vs standard user post summer 22. Really would appreciate any help getting in contact with someone to try and proactively work this. I don't even know what I don't know. We are finding issues every day we try something new. I fix them as I find them but that isn't acceptable and I have halted 3 production NPSP rollouts. This is much more than just a note/knowledge doc.
