Was doing a trailhead challenge Create and Test Our Scratch Org. Getting an error while creating a scratch org.

I was able to get past this error by adding the --target-dev-hub DevHub tag to the command
sf org create scratch --target-dev-hub DevHub -d -f config/project-scratch-def.json -a dreamhouse-org
