How do I fix the following error code when I try to setup MailChimp?

I am trying to activate MailChimp, and I get the following error code.  Is there a fix, or do I need to go to Salesforce support?

Likely it created some permission sets you need to assign yourself.

Dave, You have to grant Permissions to the current user to the MailChimp components.
