I was scheduling exam for admin after click on submit button, I got a message from bank that your money got deducted. But the exam was not scheduled also did not get any email from webssessor and not showing in my assessments scheduled exam. what can I do for that,please help me out.

I faced the same issue on Dec 17th 2022 and have been contacting Kriterion support since then. They just keep on telling that they are working on it but no email or any concrete answer from them. Salesforce team, can you have a look at the issue as it is spoiling your reputation.
