I am completing the Create Global Quick Actions Unit and I need to select the override the predefined actions link which should be in the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section but I don't see it

Just ran into the same issue as well! I was missing the Mobile and Lightning actions button, but it worked after. Thank you @Keiji Otsubo for this helpful breakdown
