Wednesday is always the time of my week when I can push pause and reflect on what has been accomplished mid-week so far.  Our newest team member @Barbara Barss has instituted a second Apsona Office Hours event on Tuesday mornings at 8am ET -to pair with the Thursday afternoon (1pm ET) collaborative hour.  Schedule is maintained in our bit.ly/ApsonaTrailblazers!

Today I want to shout out to both partners and customers attending @Apsona for Salesforce #Apsona Hours and sharing their learning journey of they are creating solutions with their #Salesforce_Data!  Some of these folks are brand new to Salesforce from new implementations - and some have been long term Apsona folks showcasing their knowledge:  @Beth Howard helping flag a potential issue with the ability to Group lists of Donations within an End of Year merge template.  Seeing her use the Settings>Merge Action menu to quickly clone and update a complex mapping for an End of Year report was sweet!  @Dan Flanigan asking for some detail that we walked through in @NYC Nonprofit Community Group last week - if your client services org has named PDFs on a record related to a client contact record - you can use #Apsona Document Merge to select those PDFs by name match and append them to the end of your merge output.   @Mic Reich and Hanna are establishing their Jedi Data skills as they build Year over Year reports for their internal team - varying oppt and contact fields to produce exclusion reports  @Ezra Basom reviewed his use of Dedupe & Match and how his troubleshooting clarified how object dependencies and automations effect the merging process.    I'm excited to hear how each of us is using Salesforce to serve our team and create business wins.  Keep the questions coming and let us know at Team Apsona how we can growing your skills!

Thanks for the tip about using a report as the data source for the sublist! Somehow I always skimmed over that part of the documentation. This totally solved my problem, and I'm looking forward to using that feature with other clients, too.
