When our users email from Salesforce and the email bounces, it is shown via an icon and message besides email address field in highlights panel. This is super helpful. However, when an email bounces when sent from Marketing Cloud it only shows in the Individual Email Results and does not update on the Contact record. Is there a way or some configuration that needs to happen to have the Contact display the icon and bounce notification when the email bounced from Marketing Cloud? #Marketing Cloud #Email #Bounced Email
