I am doing preliminary research to move from our current CRM to NPSP. We have several donors who give through both personal accounts but also through businesses that they own. We have a sponsorship program that we track using memberships; those memberships can expire because a payment came through and was posted on the donor's organization account.
Is there a way in NPSP that I can assign a soft-credit from an organization account's donation to fulfill a membership on a household account?
Hi, I know this post is more than 2 years old, but wondering, how do you assign a partial soft credit in an organization account as a "payment" for a membership opportunity in a household account? I'm not sure how a membership soft credit rollup is involved. Thanks!
