Question 1) I pulled an all donations/all contacts report from inception to present. I noticed that it is not pulling corporate donations (we label corporations as an "organization" in Salesforce). Additionally, household donations that are not assigned to a specific contact within the household and are just generally assigned as a donation on behalf of the entire household are not pulling in reports. How can i fix this?
Quesiton 2) Is there an easy way to create some plug and play reports, i.e. say if on any given day, i want to see how many donations to date have come in. A tech we hired a while back was able to create a few plug in reports where we only had to enter in 1-2 pieces of data and an entire report was pulled.
I do not do well in this community if people send me to check out a ton of different references; I find it most helpful if easy step by step instructions are shared instead. thank you!
