Hi, we made a couple required custom fields on the opportunity page. If you enter a new gift through the Opportunity tab everything works fine but if we try to enter a gift through the "New Donation" button, our custom fields don't show up there and then the SF doesn't allow us to save the record since the "required fields" are not filled out (there is no way to fill them out since they don't even show up). I looked in the Object Manager, but I don't see where to add these fields to the "Donation" screen that is accessed by the New Donation button on the Account page or the Contact page. Thanks.

    Now I have logged out and in and it's still not updated. Maybe it's the wrong Action. What's the difference between a "Quick Action" and a "Salesforce1 & Lightning Action" (both are available on the page layout but only the SF1 & Lightning Action is paste-able on the top of the page layout.) Maybe what I edited is a "Quick Action"??? How am I supposed to know? This is the only "New Donation" Action that is available for editing on the Object Manager>Contact>Buttons, Links, and Actions.
