We have an embedded chat on our company website that is working fine except for one thing. Url's comes out as <a href='http://www.dagbladet.no' target='_blank'>www.dagbladet.no</a> and email addresses as <a href="mailto:torilhbbergh@gmail.com">torilhbbergh@gmail.com</a> and not a clickable links.
What do I do to fix this?

The default Chat Windows doesn't support HTML which is why it's displaying in that way.
If you wanted your Chat to support this you'd need to install soemthing like this Lightning Component Pack from the AppExchange
