We're looking for a way to handle confidential opportunities in the pipeline. We still want them to roll up on reporting, etc. Does anyone have any ideas? I know we could use alias names and or work through field-level settings. Open to any and all thoughts. Thank you :)

Add a Confidential Flag on Opportunity.
Make Opportunity OWD private and open up access using sharing rules (say if Confidential flag is false then share opp with all). Run the report as a system admin and you should be able to report on everything.
