Trying to work with Salesforce scheduler. I am at the point of "Schedule Appointment" and I choose "Branch" and am getting an error "Ask your Salesforce admin to enable the Maps and Locations permission." But when I look for Maps and Locations Settings in Setup, it is not there. Is this feature not available in a normal dev org?

I don't think its available for the trail head or dev org, as per the documentation its only available for Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
