I would be interested in hearing from other DM leaders around your team organization. Are you building and sending emails with technical resources, or do you have more business users creating and sending emails?

Do you outsource your email build, test and send?

We currently have one individual responsible for building and sending our emails. Technical skill in html, but not any ampscript, or sql. I am looking at our team structure to build for future success as we prepare to send more emails, become more sophisticated in our targeting and personalization. 

If you have any insight you would like to share around team structure/# of resources, or any organizational learnings I would appreciate it.
