@Mary Gaughan ... I completely get that. I work in a relatively small org as well. So far Automation is leading the charge at 71% with Reporting/Analytics sitting in second place at 21%. Coming from the Nonprofit sector and knowing the sector generally I'm a little surprised that the margin between the two isn't much smaller. I did think that automation would be the most voted option, but I thought they would be much closer in the polls.
