send notification for no chatter activity

Question

Am trying to create an alert lf ike if nothing is updated in Chatter for more than 7days then it will send the notification to the customer Success Team and when nothing is updated in chatter for more than 10days then it will send the notification to Customer Success Team and Manager too.How can i do this??
