My company's Salesforce account is integrated with Docusign. Whenever a SF user needs a Docusign account, I add them through the Salesforce Docusign Admin tab. Our SF users can access Docusign with no problem when they do it through Salesforce, however, the problem arises when they try loggin in to Docusign through Docusign; they use their SF email address, but the SF password doesn't work for Docusign when manually logging in. Are the Docusign login credentials different than Salesforce? If so, what do they default to?

Hi Tony, any luck for this case, am also facing similar issues.
Now people wanted to log in directly into Docusign, but since they were not aware of their initial password and security questions, they are struggling.
