Hello I try to Deploy Source to Org but I have this error Unable to build Lightning Component source for markup://c:customWork: Invalid suffix: json.

    in file meta-xml change <apiVersion>51.0</apiVersion> to <apiVersion>52.0</apiVersion>

    for me it worked out
