Can I create a dashboard/report that shows a user their time since last accept in omnichannel?

I want my reps to have a better level of visibilty and ideas on how to do this without giving them access to the supervisor panel?

    You can create a custom report type for "Live Chat Transcripts", then build your reports using that.
