The Lead import failed due to an error. Please retry the import or contact Salesforce Support with the following error ID. Error ID: 290608735-11252 (1787568166)

How do I correct this error when trying to import a file into a campaign?

    Hi, Dave, Malik,

     

    You need to replace the "Lead Owner" from the name of the person to its SFDC ID.

    1. Open your import file.
    2. Replace the names of Lead Owners with their corresponding Salesforce User ID.
    3. Save, then re-import your file.
