I determined I can modify the security of pick list values in each object, but I can't find the Case Status.  For some reason users cannot select the "Closed" status.  What do I need to do to enable this picklist value?

    Under Support Settings, have you 'checked' the 'Show Closed Statuses in Case Status Field'?
