For each of our contacts, there must be a contact owner (currently a custom look-up field in SFDC). I know it is difficult to bring these types of fields into Outlook because of the use of the ID rather than actual field value. We are using an External ID for each contact owner that can easily be entered into Outlook.
I have tried pretty much everything I could think of including custom forms, but cannot seem to find a solution. If we cannot get the contact owner into Outlook, it will be a deal breaker. Has anyone run into this problem and found a work around?

Are you trying to copy the Name of the Contact Owner from SFDC to Outlook?
