Workflow Notification to add to Calendar App

So we have a custom object where we manage education events. We have 50-60 education faciltiators in the field (that do not have access to salesforce) that need to know when their events are. Right now we just setup workflow email alerts to notify them when a new event is scheduled and the email includes all pertinent info like date, location, event name, etc.

 

The team has asked if it's possible to send them those notifications and they could click a link in that email and the Date & Event# would just get added to their outlook calendar. 

 

Does anyone know of any app or way this could happen (when the recipients are non-salesforce users)?
